Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of wardogsservers.com and the game server hosting services we provide. By creating an account or purchasing a server, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Wardogs Servers is operated by Kylian Bos, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42028557, established in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The full registered address appears on your invoice and is available on request. Contact: kylian.bos@gmail.com. We are not affiliated with BULKHEAD Ltd. or Team17, the makers of Wardogs.

2. The service

We rent you a managed Wardogs game server: a container on our infrastructure with a fixed amount of resources, a control panel, automated backups and DDoS-protected connectivity. We keep it online; what happens on it is up to you within the limits of these terms.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a real email address you control.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Payment and renewal

  • Servers are billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; your server keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a payment fails we retry it. If it keeps failing, your server is suspended, and after 14 days its data is permanently deleted.

5. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because your server is provisioned and usable immediately after payment, you expressly request immediate performance when ordering and acknowledge that you thereby waive the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered for the period ordered. If you contact us within 14 days of your first purchase, we will refund the unused remainder of your first period on a pro-rata basis.

6. Fair use and acceptable behaviour

You may not use your server to:

  • break any law, or host content you have no right to host;
  • attack, scan or disrupt other systems or networks;
  • run anything other than the game service it was rented for (no crypto miners, proxies, or unrelated workloads);
  • attempt to escape the container, exhaust shared resources, or interfere with other customers.

We may suspend a server immediately when it endangers the platform or other customers, and will contact you when we do.

7. Your data and backups

  • Your server data belongs to you.
  • We make automatic backups for disaster recovery, and you can create your own backups from the dashboard.
  • After cancellation or suspension your data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted.

8. Availability

We aim for the highest realistic availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, game updates, attacks and events outside our control can cause downtime. Where a defect in our service causes significant, prolonged unavailability, contact us and we will find a reasonable solution, such as extending your service period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost data (keep backups), lost profits or lost playtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. The game

Wardogs is made and updated by its developer, not by us. Game updates can change server behaviour, requirements or availability. We apply updates and adapt our service, but we are not responsible for the game itself.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
